Job Description: We are seeking a remote Account Support Specialist to join our team at ADP in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position is perfect for an Associate Level candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them navigate our services and solve any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our software and tools effectively - Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a B2B setting - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Strong persuasion and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
