Pelmorex Corp is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, working remotely. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to work independently and be resourceful.
As an Account Support Specialist at Pelmorex Corp, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining client records, updating databases, and assisting with account management tasks. Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner 2. Maintaining accurate client records and updating databases as needed 3. Assisting with account management tasks, including renewals and upselling opportunities 4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Providing support to the sales team by preparing sales reports and tracking key metrics 6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies 7. Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills 5. Proven ability to work independently and be resourceful 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus
