Job Description:
Core-Mark Holding is seeking a confident and motivated Call Center Assistant to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level team member with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone and supporting our call center operations.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries, issues, and requests - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional information - Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction - Entering accurate and detailed information into the system for record-keeping and tracking purposes - Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Following call center protocols and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards - Adhering to privacy and security guidelines when handling sensitive customer information - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations and inquiries - Leadership skills to take ownership of customer issues and escalate when necessary - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for call center operations - Availability to work remotely and adhere to a flexible part-time schedule
