Raymond James Financial is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize company resources and systems to assist customers with their needs - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better serve customers
