Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and independent Call Center Associate to join our remote team at CBS in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or issues - Making recommendations for products or services based on customer needs - Following company guidelines and protocols for all interactions with customers - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics set by management - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and successful customer outcomes

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Strong planning and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a dedicated workspace for remote work
