Call Center Associate - Remote Work

EMCOR Group is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility and convenience for employees. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide excellent customer service. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently. 3. Utilize computer systems to access customer information and process orders. 4. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and achieve team goals. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics set by the company. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and hardworking individual who can handle a high volume of calls. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
