Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Associate to join our remote team at Tenet Healthcare. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist our patients with their inquiries and scheduling needs. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from the comfort of your own home in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from patients and provide accurate information and assistance. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with patients regarding appointment scheduling and reminders. 3. Update patient records and input information accurately into the system. 4. Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient service. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and confidentiality.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Must be resilient and able to handle high-volume calls and stressful situations. 3. Strong independent work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a remote setting. 4. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 5. Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative. 6. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone etiquette. 7. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of basic software programs. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
