Job Description:
W.R. Berkley is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a Call Center Associate at W.R. Berkley, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding insurance policies and claims. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, assisting with inquiries and problem resolution. 3. Document all customer interactions in the company's database. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service is consistently delivered. 5. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security of customer information. 6. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork. 7. Analyze customer data and feedback to continuously improve services and processes. 8. Stay current on product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role. 2. Confidence and independence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues. 4. Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 8. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
