Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hartford Financial Services Group is seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Entry Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing accurate information and assistance. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Promoting and upselling insurance products and services to customers. 4. Documenting all customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 5. Following up on customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and confident phone etiquette. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3. Analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
