Job Description:
Fidelity Canada is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be a remote work opportunity, allowing employees to work from the comfort of their own home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while upholding the values and standards of Fidelity Canada.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from clients and providing them with accurate and timely information. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. 5. Adhering to company policies and procedures while handling confidential customer information.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Energetic and motivated personality with a positive attitude. 3. Strong soft skills in innovation and leadership. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
