Job Description:

As a Call Center Associate at Charles Schwab, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels. This is a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA, with the flexibility of part-time hours.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries, account maintenance, and transactions. 2. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Passionate and driven individual with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. 5. Innovative mindset to adapt to changing technology and processes. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
