Call Center Manager - Remote Work

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Nutrien. This is a remote part-time position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center team. This includes managing a team of call center agents, setting performance goals, monitoring calls for quality assurance, and implementing strategies to improve overall productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities: - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach call center agents to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer service - Provide regular reports to management on call center performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals - Experience with call center software and CRM systems - Hardworking and dedicated with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
