Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Qualcomm is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, with the option to work remotely from Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitor call center performance metrics and ensure that team members meet or exceed set targets - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members


Requirements: - Proven experience in call center management, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor team members - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Resilient and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure - Strong time management and critical thinking skills - Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues worldwide
