Job Description:
Universal Health Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, remote work position at mid-to-senior level with a requirement of 7 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage a team of remote call center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center operations, drive performance improvement, and achieve key performance indicators. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics, trends, and performance data to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve call center operations.
Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in call center management. 2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 3. Attention to detail and problem-solving soft skills. 4. Strong leadership and communication skills. 5. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. 6. Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
