Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work


Job Description: Expedia is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Call Center Manager to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service call center, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficiency.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed. 2. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure team members are meeting targets and providing exceptional service. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, working to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and enhance the customer experience. 5. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to provide feedback and support professional development. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. 8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in call center management or a related field. 2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
