Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

TravelCenters of America is looking for a driven and passionate Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in call center management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our call center department.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the call center, including managing a team of customer service representatives. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, efficiency, and quality of calls. - Monitor call center metrics and performance targets, and develop action plans to meet and exceed goals. - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and effective manner. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow processes. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.


Requirements: - Proven experience in call center management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. - Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
