Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

As the Call Center Manager for Toys “R” Us, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our remote call center team located in Montreal, Quebec. This role requires a driven and dedicated individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead a team to success.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of remote call center agents, ensuring they meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity - Train new agents and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing team members - Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and generate reports on team performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in call center management or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals - Experience with call center technology and software - Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
