Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tech Data is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals who are dedicated and driven to provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Utilize company systems and tools to accurately document customer interactions and update customer information. 3. Collaborate with colleagues and management to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 4. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities provided by the company to enhance skills and knowledge. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and data security at all times.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French. 2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and cooperation. 4. Proficiency in using computer systems and technology, including Microsoft Office suite. 5. Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment. 6. Dedicated and driven attitude towards achieving goals and providing excellent customer service.
