Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: Sobeys is seeking a confident and energetic Call Center Officer to join our remote team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Entry Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records as needed - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Handle escalated customer concerns with patience and empathy

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in computer systems and software applications - Prior experience in people management and analysis is a plus - Confident and energetic personality traits are preferred
