Job Description:
Phillips 66, a leading energy manufacturing and logistics company, is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide excellent customer service. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Navigate multiple systems and databases to research and resolve customer issues. 4. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information to customers. 5. Meet key performance indicators related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and services. 7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's database.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred. 2. Confident and energetic personality with a passion for helping customers. 3. Strong soft skills including innovation and adaptability. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in navigating computer systems and databases. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
