Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Ford Motor Company is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about Ford products and services - Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently and effectively - Document all interactions and customer feedback in the company's database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call resolution, customer satisfaction, and response time

Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
