Nucor, a leading steel manufacturer, is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Call Center Specialist to join our remote team in Toronto, Ontario. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner - Conduct research as needed to address customer concerns - Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for call center operations - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a positive light to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively - Adaptable and resourceful in handling various customer situations - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Proficiency in using call center software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
