Job Description:
Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our remote team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This part-time role is perfect for an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations. The ideal candidate will be resilient, dedicated, and possess strong research and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and complaints. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct research to address customer questions and concerns effectively. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to deliver consistent service. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or call center operations. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
