Job Description - Call Center Specialist - Remote Work


Job Description:


Tesoro is looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our remote team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns, providing product information, and promoting special offers. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for professional growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote special offers - Providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Documenting all customer interactions in the company database - Meeting or exceeding performance metrics for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade customers effectively - Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - No previous experience required, training will be provided - Must be able to work independently and efficiently from a remote location - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - High school diploma or equivalent
