Job Description: As a Chat Support Assistant at Medtronic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through online chat communication. This is a remote position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and is a part-time role at the Associate Level requiring a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat communication - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve under pressure - Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Motivated to provide exceptional customer service and support - Cooperation and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members
