Job Description:
Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a part-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through chat for clients of Goldman Sachs Group - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Adapt to new processes, tools, and systems to enhance customer support
Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment - Creativity in problem-solving and thinking outside the box - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and technology - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
