Job Description - Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Sears Holdings is seeking a motivated and reliable Chat Support Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through chat communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via chat to provide support, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses - Utilize strategic planning and analysis skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Adhere to company policies and procedures for chat support communication - Meet performance metrics and goals related to customer satisfaction and response times - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in the chat support process


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent written communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
