Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

We are looking for a skilled Chat Support Manager to join our team at United Natural Foods, a leading distributor of natural, organic, and specialty food products. This is a remote work position based in Montreal, Quebec, CA, with part-time hours and a mid-to-senior level of seniority required. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the chat support team, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and quality assurance. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze chat support data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback for product and service enhancements. 6. Train and onboard new chat support team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
