Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Republic Services is seeking a talented and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time remote work opportunity for a candidate with 8 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the chat support team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement chat support strategies and initiatives to improve customer experience - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless and consistent support to customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service, with experience in managing a chat support team preferred - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Strong soft skills, including critical thinking and strategic planning - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
