Job Description:
Health Net is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing our chat support team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support processes and optimize team performance - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills - 6+ years of experience in chat support management or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing a chat support team and driving performance improvement - Strong people management and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
