As a Chat Support Officer at Newell Brands, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a remote part-time position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a focus on assisting customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general customer service needs.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customer interactions - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for customer service - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
