Job Description:
Harman International Industries is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chat Support Officer to join our remote team based in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through online chat platforms. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar customer service position.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online chat platforms - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet key performance indicators related to response times and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong negotiation skills and time management abilities - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
