Job Description:
Expedia is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Chat Support Officer. This position is a part-time opportunity that allows for remote work from Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Entry Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat support. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Document customer interactions and update customer profiles accordingly. 5. Stay up to date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Continuously improve upon communication skills to effectively engage with customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and guidelines for providing customer support.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Energetic and enthusiastic about assisting customers. 4. Strong critical thinking skills to solve complex customer issues. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in using chat support software and other digital tools.
