Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Pomerleau, a leading construction company, is seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner via chat - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support - Use negotiation skills to handle challenging situations with customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Reliable and able to work independently - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Ability to negotiate and handle difficult customers with professionalism - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and CRM systems
