Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

International Paper is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time remote work position ideal for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and have a strong focus on teamwork and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms - Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver a delightful experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Work towards achieving team and individual performance targets

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic - Ability to make quick and effective decisions - Proficient in using chat support tools and software - High school diploma or equivalent
