Job Description:
Exelon, a leading energy provider, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Toronto, Ontario, CA, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support through chat communication channels - Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Utilize knowledge base and resources to efficiently assist customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor - Resilient and confident in handling challenging customer interactions - Strong time management and planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and applications
