Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Our company, United Continental Holdings, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis. This role will be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and will be at the Associate Level with a required minimum of 3 years of experience.

As a Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective customer support through our online chat platform. You will be required to promptly respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions to customer problems in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this role will be hardworking, driven, and possess excellent communication skills. You should also have strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct thorough research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
