Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Emerson Electric is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position is a part-time remote work opportunity at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts and relationships, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and reviews - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Adaptable and reliable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Leadership and strategic planning skills
