Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

St. Jude Medical is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. We are looking for a hardworking and resilient individual with excellent communication and critical thinking skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. 5. Assist in developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 6. Monitor client accounts and provide regular progress reports to management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
