Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. In this remote work position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop an understanding of each client's individual needs and preferences to provide personalized support - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure prompt resolution - Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients to help them maximize their use of our services - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
