Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Manager at Ecolab, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients remotely from Montreal, Quebec, CA. Your main role will involve ensuring client satisfaction, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining a high level of communication and engagement with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth. 3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively. 5. Provide support and guidance to clients on Ecolab's products and services. 6. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 7. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvements. 8. Prepare reports and presentations on client relationships and business development efforts.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management. 2. Hardworking and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong project management and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 7. Experience in the chemical or environmental services industry is a plus.
