Job Description:
ManpowerGroup is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based remotely, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research on clients and industry trends to stay informed and provide valuable insights - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed successfully - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client relationships and business development efforts
Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality to effectively communicate with clients and handle various situations - Strong research skills and attention to detail to gather relevant information and identify opportunities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with team members - Proven track record of client relations or sales experience in a similar role - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
