Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Pomerleau, a leading construction company in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team remotely. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and resolve any issues that arise - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Develop and execute client communication strategies to enhance their overall experience - Monitor client satisfaction metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet expectations - Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations as needed

Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits to navigate challenging situations and drive results - Strong planning skills to effectively manage client relationships and meet deadlines - High emotional intelligence to understand and address client needs effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
