Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team on a remote basis in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Entry Level position, the Client Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicating with clients via telephone, email, and other virtual platforms to address any inquiries or concerns - Providing assistance and guidance to clients on product usage and troubleshooting - Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and feedback - Monitoring client satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement - Assisting with client onboarding and retention initiatives - Upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong decision-making and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Proficiency in using various communication and collaboration tools - Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus - Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
