Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a confident and independent Client Relations Officer to join our team at Becton Dickinson. This is a part-time remote work position based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions - Present proposals and updates to clients in a clear and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service to clients - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data - Excellent presentation skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
