Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through regular communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives
