Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kellogg is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, passionate, and possess strong time management and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 4. Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or issues. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide clients with relevant information and resources. 8. Attend virtual meetings and conferences as needed.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
