Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

McMillan is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. 2. Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 3. Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues that may arise. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. 5. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 6. Monitor client satisfaction through surveys and feedback, and implement improvements as necessary. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and advice.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Familiarity with CRM software and client relationship management tools. 6. Experience working in a remote or virtual work environment. 7. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
