Job Description:
Campbell Soup is seeking a skilled and dedicated Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role who possess the drive to succeed and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels of communication such as email, phone, and online chat - Assisting clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients - Maintaining up-to-date client records and information in the company database - Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences - Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry - Providing feedback on customer satisfaction and suggesting improvements to enhance the client experience
Requirements: - Independent and dedicated worker who can work efficiently in a remote setting - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
