Job Description:
Quintiles Transnational Holdings is seeking a highly motivated Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Toronto, Ontario, CA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our customers. This is an Associate Level position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist clients with navigating our services and products, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from clients to improve our services. 6. Provide administrative support as needed, such as scheduling appointments and managing client calendars.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and passionate individual with a strong desire to help clients succeed. 2. Excellent teamwork and people management skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
